Khách sạn Santa Cruz

"Unfortunately our room faced the plaza and loud band until almost midnight! Also at 3 am we were awakened by loud tapping noise that lasted about 20 minutes"

"Excelente y original experiencia boutique Una propuesta realmente innovadora.

"The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable of the local restaurants and wineries. The room has a balcony which was fabulous. Properly was well maintained and beautiful. Definitely would come back to this property."

" "I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The location is fantastic—central and convenient to everything I wanted to see. The room was spotless and well-maintained, which I really appreciated. But what truly sets this place apart is the staff. From the front desk to the housekeeping team, everyone was genuinely warm, helpful, and went out of their way to be friendly. "Ficamos duas noites.

"Sofia, Rodrigo, Matteo, Benjamin, Claudio, Chef Camillo, Javier and Fernanda were absolutely the highlight of our stay in terms of kind and genuine staff members. They truly exemplified hospitality. Food quality was excellent. Chef Camillo was truly world-class, amazing attention to detail and truly understands farm to table. Carolina Ruiz from guest services, was dismissive and wasn’t knowledgeable. Hospitality management seemed lacking as she was very defensive and aloof, she wanted to...

"Quiet location on the outskirts of the city. Very nice hotel and room. "
