"Le service était excellent, dès qu’on appelait pour demander quelque chose, on le recevait à la chambre dans les minutes suivantes. Excellent service aux restaurants aussi. Toutes les piscines qu’il y a sur le site, c’est un vrai rêve, ainsi que le restaurant sur le bord de la piscine, abordable et la nourriture était très bonne. La proximité avec le volcan était impressionnante. C’était un très beau séjour pour toute la famille!"

"Fantastic property and in a beautiful location in the middle of the rainforest. Lots of activity to do in and around the property in the middle of the rainforest - wildlife watching, ziplining, horseback riding, hiking and much more to do. The rooms are also so set in beautiful surroundings right in the middle of nature. Worth the extra expense and highly recommend for couples and families with kids !"

"After a recent visit to La Fortuna, my friends and I stayed at the Royal Corin. I initially set up transportation with the resort via expedia messaging. They accidently sent the wrong driver. We got a taxi instead. However, as soon as we got to the resort everyone was so nice and apologetic. They immediately took care of us. The resort was beautiful, clean, and in a great location. It was a calm resort and several couples and small groups. Our room was so pretty and spacious. The daily free breakfast was delicious. The pools were so warm and the jacuzzi was amazing. Pool food was very good as well. We had dinner at their restaurant Lava and it was gorgeous and provided the most spectacular volcano view. The food was very delicious. I have no complaints about this resort! it was such a treat to stay here! Unfortunately I do not remember everyone's name but every staff member here was beyond kind. The front desk, the man that took our luggage upstairs and greeted us when we arrived, the restaurant, pool bar. Some of the nicest people ever! Thank you so much for your hospitality and making us feel so welcomed."

"We enjoyed our stay at Casa Luna. We picked this place for the outdoor spa and the hot tubs surrounding the property. Those did not disappoint. All of the staff were very helpful and nice. The property has a mini trail that loops around the spa, and we saw some wildlife on a night hike we did ourselves. The breakfast each morning was a bonus! Things I would change to make the property better are to keep the pool bar open later than 8 PM, allow guests to use the pools until 10PM, check the shower surroundings for cleanliness, and make sure the rooms have enough toilet paper."
