Las ares comunes del hotel como alberca y áreas verdes están bonitas, instagramebles.. Las habitaciones huelen a humedad y son muy chicas, no tienen TV, el internet está lento, el refrigerador no servía, cuenta con aire acondicionado. Tiene unas lámparas colgantes que son un riesgo de golpearte la cabeza. No hay agua caliente. El lobby tiene un restaurante muy cercano a las habitaciones y cuando hay algún show se escucha todo el ruido lo que dificulta descansar El hotel se encuentra en una calle que se cierra de 18:00 a 23:00 hrs para convertirla en andador peatonal por lo que si traes automóvil tienes que salir a moverlo a varias calles de distancia porque si se queda estacionado en el horario mencionado se lo lleva la grúa. No cuenta con playa propia ni club de playa pero a 10 metros se encuentra el acceso a la playa zicatela .
