Marcus who took our car in the valet was also helpful and kind. He was very caring and made sure that we were comfortable and secure. My sister and I had a wonderful time. I will be using your hotel again."

"The quality is consistently good, the rooms are nice and comfortable, and the view is fantastic, but they've outsourced the valet service to a private company, and the daily fee of 78 USD is excessive. If you don't use the valet service, they won't let you into the hotel's car park either; they tell you to go to the public car park by the beach, which is unacceptable."
