"I enjoyed our stay at this property, immensely. The managerial staff was attentitive and helpful (thank you, Francesca). The room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities my family required. It was extra convenient having a grocery store and a cafe/bakery located adjacent to the lobby. The only thing that was slightly inconvenient were the lack of sidewalks, leading away from the facility. I was required to rent a car in order to navigate around the Santa Severa area. "Stayed only one night, but very much enjoyed the stay. Room 2 (deluxe double room) was big, with high ceilings, and very nice finishes. Good bed, good water pressure in the shower, powerful AC (once you activate it with the room key, can’t keep it on when you leave). One note: there is no front desk and communication is done via messaging, including check-in instructions, but they are very prompt to respond. Will return!"
