The food at the Hotel is easily the best I have had at a hotel and deserving of a Michelin star. "The resort was beautiful and very clean. The back drop of Mt Etna and the golf course made for incredible views. The wifi worked in all of yhe outdoor spaces and the spa was incredible. The outdoor wading pool made for a very relaxing afternoons and early evening."

And the proprietress was lovely. We went to a wine tasting first at Gambino Winery 7 minutes away which I highly recommend. This was the perfect location for that. We left in the morning for Taormina which was an easy 35 minute drive. we are a family of Americans figuring it out as we go. This part of our trip went very easily...
