"Multiple vehicle break ins overnight. Hotel has no security cameras as they state that the parking lot is a shared lot with Applebee's. They also have no security guards on duty to help prevent break ins. They state that the hotel does not officially offer parking. That it is public parking only. Hotel and manager on duty made no attempt to offer accommodations. Only gave a general email address. To file a complaint."

"The owner is super nice and you notice a big difference between staying at a corporate owned hotel.The property is lined with lemon and orange trees and beautiful flowers which he takes very well care of. Everything is very clean and I appreciated having a refrigerator and a microwave in the room! Nice also to park right in front of your room."

"I didn't like the A/C heater that my husband had to turn on bec he felt cold. Everytime it was on made a very loud noise that my husband could not sleep. About 3 am he phoned the front desk and told him to listen at the noise and said something more which I didn't hear. Eventually I had to turned off A/C and I gave him my sheet to cover him. My husband is a light sleeper."

"The vinyl plank foors aren't great and the bed reading lights were so dim as to be completely useless. The heating didn't appear to work and the room was chilly."

"Clean room and friendly staff but out of 4 people, one one keycard worked for the door, And halfway through our stay even that one stopped working. The breakfast kitchen was closed by the health department which is a red flag too"

"Clean room, cozy room, great amenities, good location downtown but not in the middle of it all. 10 min drive to the airport and there is a bus that picks up right next to the hotel that can take you to the mall and restaurants very easily. Definitely a great place to stay for solo travelers."

"Staff was helpful but not too cheerful. Room was clean but toilet would leak every time it was flushed. Nothing to complain about, just being transparent for the next customer to know. I would bring my own body wash and shampoo. Plenty of parking and good location."

"Horrible practice of putting children on 2nd floors, sounded like a heard of elephants over our heads we were literally just there to sleep, but it started in first thing in the am, loud slams I had to call the front office. We were placed by an outside access door that slammed the whole time as well. The room had one chair and it was coming apart, decor needs updating.
