Loved this hotel. We came back 3 separate times as Santiago was our home base. For the price we paid, we were very satisfied. Shared bathrooms were not a problem and there were enough that it almost felt like we had our own bathroom. Everything was clean and well maintained. The staff was delightful and very helpful.

I stayed her 3 nights… my first night in Chile and then I chose to return for two nights several weeks later at the end of my trip. The restaurant is great. The location is in a quiet, clean and safe neighborhood., it is a short walk to the greenway system leading to Balmaceda Park. Plenty of shopping and dining choices nearby. The staff were quite helpful and spoke English well. Would stay again.

The property is a private house that's been converted into a hotel with a handful of rooms, managed by the Peruvian restaurant next door. If you don't mind a small room & a shared bathroom, it's a good deal, since Providencia is one of the busiest parts of Santiago. The breakfast is quite limited -- coffee, eggs and toast --, but it's cozy and served with a smile.

Best value, great location

Great and budget friendly, tripple room beds are simple and not so comfortable but not too bad. Place is cozzy and well equiped for the price. Breakfast is included, though basic. Service is excellent, location is excellent . Would definitely stay again

Only reason for me to give low stars is, due to really terrible check-in experience with Robins. We reach at 10.30PM tired and hope for smooth check-in experience. He wasn’t friendly at all. Problem 1. We were clueless where is our room and he is behind us instead of leading us and getting door for us. We had our hands full with our luggage. Problem 2. He gives us room number 8, selectively ignores our questions, as if he didn’t hear or understood. Room was dark to start with one tiny bulb for whole room with no other lights. Problem 3. Room’s handle was broken, comes in the way to lock the room as you have to lock the room with key. We have to walk back to report. He comes and tries few things. We request new room as we were really tired and not feeling good. He is rude. Never ever said sorry, causes us to carry our own luggage to different room which he gave finally on lower floor. Personally if it was my property, I would not keep this kind of employee in customer facing position. He doesn’t fit at all for customer facing position without extensive training. Other staff members were extremely nice, completely opposite of him. Property itself is good but this kind of treatment ruins experience.

El precio es razonable pero el mantenimiento de las instalaciones está un poco dejado. Puertas de habitación que chirrían, lamparas de mesa que no funcionan y una vez avisado al personal no hacen nada para solucionarlo. La limpieza de baños insuficiente. Mobiliarios antiguos y no mantenidos. Poca luz en nuestra habitación ñ. Desayuno incluido y bueno.

Boa localização, boa estrutura, um pouco de barulh

A localização é muito boa e o atendimento é bom. O espaço tem uma boa estrutura para usar cozinha e espaços compartilhados, tem uma boa área aberta para fazer as refeições ou relaxar. O café da manhã é bem simples: pão, presunto, manteiga, geleia, suco, café/chá e leite, não tem outros itens como bolo, bolachas, frutas. A limpeza das áreas comuns é boa, o banheiro estava limpo, mas a toalha de banho e lençol tinha algumas marcas, estavam lavadas, mas com manchas. O ponto negativo é o barulho das escadas, como fica em uma residência antiga, as escadas de madeira e assoalho do piso que levam ao quartos fazem muito barulho, se você tiver um sono leve vai acordar toda vez que um hóspede passar pelos corredores. Em suma, no geral tem um bom custo benefício para a localização.

Lugar bem centralizado, limpo, ótimo para fazer lanches na cozinha. Uma coisa que nao sabia é que o check faz no hotel ao lado, fica a dica. Perto da avenida providencia, umas da principais avenidas, perto do metro. Tem varias opções para comer perto.
