The staff were very helpful. The hotel had lots of charm and history. Breakfast was good. The location is not in a tourist part of the city which was disappointing at first but allowed us to see more of Santiago.

Great location. Breakfast starts at 7:30 but it’s more like 7:45. It sucks when you have to leave for a tour at 8 and it’s not ready yet.

Simple room with not much amenities. The shower was not draining properly - took a while to drain out. On a good note, the receptionist was able to let us check in early for free. The bed was comfortable. Good breakfast as well!

Hotel quatro estrelas ??? !

Hotel informou ser 04 estrelas, não sei o critério técnico, mas o mínimo que espero em um hotel é uma boa cama ( principalmente colchão) e um bom banho, não percebi nenhum dos dois neste hotel. Chuveiro vazando água, e água quente acabando no meio do banho, colchão deformado. Banheiro somente com ventilação forçada, barulhenta e batendo as hélices do exaustor. Limpeza ruim, com parede encardida. Forros de cama e toalhas limpas, frigobar sujo, janelas não fechavam bem, muito barulho externo, acima do normal, mesmo estando no centro da cidade. Equipe boa e cortês, café da manhã, ok. Diária um pouco abaixo da concorrência, mas não entrega a expectativa que se tem ao entrar num hotel 04 estrelas do mesmo patamar.
Travas de fechamento das janelas, ineficientes, e ou quebradas.
Papel de parede mal conservado, soltando.
Falta de manutenção, fios expostos, acabamentos quebrados.
Falta de água quente. Banheiro ventilação forçada com defeito, boiler pequeno ( "quadrado" em cima do banheiro.

Férias em familia, sem surpresas

Tivemos uma ótima experiência, todos muitos receptivos e muito educados, lugar lindo, aconchegantes, proximo de tudo e otima no centro. Eles fizeram cafe da manhã para os dias de passeio, e ajudou bastante.

Habitación súper incómoda y descuidada

La habitación era muy ruidosa, las ventanas dan a una terraza con comedor donde todo el bullicio de la gente se esxucha. El colchón era muy incómodo, se sentían todos los resortes. Imposible dormir en la habitación. Les hice saber que no quería pasar la segunda noche ahí y simplemente me hicieron el check out sin ofrecer alguna alternativa o preguntarme más por lo que me había incomodado.

La peor pesadilla, no lo recomiendo

Terrible la peor experiencia, habíamos reservado 6 noches y a la llegada al hotel el olor era insoportable a cloaca y además no tenia parqueo, en la pag dice que el parqueo cuesta 15 dólares la noche a lo que estábamos de acuerdo pero no era así no podíamos quedarnos por el olor se trato de hablar con el de recepción pero nos decía era su primer día de trabajo y que la encargada no estaba tuvimos que buscar otro hospedaje y no nos quieren reembolsar nada y lo peor nadie te ayuda

The hotel is in the condition expected for a historic building that has not had many upgrades. It is fairly comfortable and it is within walking distance of the Plaza de Armas and Casa de la Moneda. The staff is a bit forgetful and can throw your plans off. We requested for the breakfast to go on two occasions as they had offered when we checked in, but the staff forgot to request it to the kitchen and we had to purchase food elsewhere. Also, they offered to arrange a ride to the airport on our way out and we accepted and requested a van (four people with large suitcases) but when we’re picked up it was a small sedan. The driver said that the hotel staff did not make a special request for a larger car. So, overall, an okay stay, but definitely need better staff.

I was led to believe it was four stars. I had room opening into a courtyard which was a restaurant during the day. The room has very few plugs and certainly no USB. Towels are old, worn and stained. Bed was good and sheets clean.

É um hotel com uma proposta mais clássica. Está numa localização mais central, porém, senti falta de bons restaurantes nos arredores. O atendimento foi excelente, porém, não gostei muito das acomodações, principalmente o banheiro.
