Clean room, GREAT staff, a very good restaurant in the hotel, a lovely rooftop deck. Many, many restaurants, coffee shops, grocery store within easy walking distance, and a huge shopping mall 1/2 mile away. The hotel is a perfect place to stay while visiting Las Condes neighborhood in Santiago.

Stingy Hotel

I was looking forward to a new hotel. Unfortunately they are not organized. The maids were cleaning out my room one day too early as if I had checked out with my suitcases and belongings there. Not maid’s fault but management coordination. All my things were handled and changed place!!! We were given one bottle of water for two people, no Kleenex, “complimentary” coffee was a small plastic thing with instant coffee, and the second day no cups, no water at all! Shower head made of cheap plastic, nowhere to put anything near the shower except for the floor. Sink in a dark, closed cubicle. Reason for two stars is for adequate international different plugs and decent breakfast. I would not recommend it!

Este hotel me cobró el hospedaje doble , cobro por la aplicación de a expedía y aparte a mi targeta de crédito , hace 3 semana que nos quedamos ahí y me dijeron que los cobros no podían resolverlos ellos mismos que tenían que escalar , y aún nada espero no les pase a otros clientes del hotel , This hotel charged me double accommodation, 1 charged for the application expedia and other similar charge from my credit card, it's been 3 weeks since we stayed there and they told me that the charges could not be solved by themselves that they had to climb, and still nothing I hope it doesn't happen to other hotel customers

Habitaciones confortables y limpias siempre, se agradecería que tuvieran servicio a cuartos o algo después del cierre de cocina. No ofrecen más que una agua en la habitación lo cual si considero que deberían los días de la estancia por lo menos ofrecer agua. El desayuno sencillo pero funcional. El trato del personal muy amables y siempre buscando como apoyar. Internet excelente En general un buen hotel que si invita a regresar.
