"Loved almost everything: location, staff, restaurants. Only thing that left a bad taste in my mouth was that I arranged for shuttle to and from airport for my group. Was originally told 150,000 Chilean pesos, however, when I went to check out, they told me that was just for one way and that I would be charged another 150,000 Chilean pesos for my return trip to the airport… tried to escalate at hotel, but no one got back to me…other than this transaction, beautiful hotel"

"Our 6-night stay was perfect. From check-in with a very friendly team, to a bottle of chilled sparking wine in our room, our stay started off on a high note. The rooms are spacious and our bed was very comfortable, although I got a little warm with the blankets. The rain water shower was amazing. The service was excellent and we enjoyed our breakfasts every morning with a very attentive staff. Highly recommend the pisco and ceviche at the roof-top bar—we enjoyed 2 separate evenings there, outside (with heaters and blanket) and another evening inside. We always had gluten free food choices and the staff was constantly making sure that there was no gluten. We even got a to-go breakfast for our early flight to Buenos Aires. Also gluten free. Would definitely recommend The Singular hotel when staying in Santiago."
