"Wir haben eine traumhafte Woche im Bathalha Resort verbracht. Das Personal war super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Da wir spät Abends angekommen sind wurde der Schlüssel im Safe hinterlegt. Das Frühstück wurde täglich in unser Haus gebracht und war sehr köstlich. Wir konnten zwischen einem Standard und einem großen Frühstück wählen. Wir haben an der Rezeption sogar Ausflugstipps bekommen. Per what's app konnten wir jederzeit unsere Fragen stellen. Wir hatten auch einen wunderschönen Whirlpool auf...

"Our experience at the hotel was fabulous. The staff are all so friendly and welcoming. I can say I didn't encounter any staff who weren't great. The room was spotless and a good size. Our balcony overlooked downtown and the harbour beyond. The breakfast included fruit, cheese and bread along with items such as omelettes cooked to order. We also, enjoyed our stop at the bar/restaurant. Overall, a very enjoyable visit to Ponta Delgada. We would definitely stay at this hotel again."

"This was our second time staying at Casa Do Campo de Sao Francisco. We arrive early, but our room wasn't ready. Felix dis allow us to have breakfast and store our luggage. The room that I booked, wasn't the room that we stayed in, not sure why my room was changed. The food was excellent, and the staff was very friendly.
