"This was my most favorite hotel I’ve ever stayed in. It is the upper floor of a private palazzo with a view of expansive gardens. Being off the beaten path was perfect because it was a calm from the very overwhelming city center. The staff were so kind, welcoming and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was AMAZING and the interior design was a perfect mixture of modern and Italian. I hope to get back to Florence soon, and when I do, I will definitely stay here!"

"Really beautiful property and wonderful room. Hotel is immaculately clean and we thought the hotel had been renovated to a beautiful finish. We let the hotel know we were staying for our 10 year anniversary, and a bottle of Prosecco was left in our room with a note, which was extremely kind. A great location to stay in, just across the river. Passcode is provided for front door so can come and go as please. Have booked to stay in again in October!"

"El trato de la persona a cargo fue terrible nos cobró extra del precio de la renta 90 euros de limpieza solo en efectivo con una actitud muy arrogante más $35 por llegar una hora tarde después de su checkin, nunca tuvimos internet lo cual le avisamos a la brevedad y su respuesta fue que el no tenía el internet en su cartera!
Terrible el trato!
