La première chose à savoir sur cet hébergement c’est qu’il ne s’agit pas d’un hôtel. C’est une maison individuelle, dans un quartier résidentiel et l’hébergement n’est pas accessible en voiture et il n’y a pas de possibilité de parking sur place. On est obligé de se garer dans une des rues adjacentes (parking gratuit) et de porter ses bagages jusqu’à la chambre. L’hébergement en lui même était propre et en bon état.

L'accoglienza é stata ottima,con un regalino molto gradito dai nostri bambini,ci hanno consigliato anche un buon ristorante. La stanza e il bagno abbastanza grandi,da curare un po' di più la pulizia e l'aspetto dei letti . Per la colazione ci hanno dato un buono per pasta e caffè in un bar vicino che però lascia molto a desiderare in fatto di pulizia.... Ottima la posizione per visitare le 5terre.

Borzalmas!!! Kényelmetlen az ágy. Az alacsony belmagasság miatt a szoba 2/3-a négykézláb használható !!! A klíma az előszobában van, a hálószobában eközben 30 fok van. Pókok a sarkokban. Nincs melegvíz. A síkképernyős tévé valójában egy 14 colos monitor. A wifi hol jó, hol nem. Az izzók fele kiégve, a távirányítókban az elemek lemerülve.

C'est une petite ville très agréable, avec commerces et tout ce qu'il faut, le train n'est pas très loin a pied, bien pratique, mais nous avons également voyager en voiture, en trouvant quelquefois des difficultés de parkings dans les villages 5 terres,la voiture plus agréable pour voir les villages typiques et magnifiques, mais en marchant un peu, nous trouvons, les propriétaires très sympa, et parle bien le français, moi qui ne parle pas du tout Italien, par contre dans l'appartement une table et deux chaises de plus auraient été les bienvenues, car deux chaises pour 4 c'est un peu juste et une table basse,

no es un hotel ni B&B

Me gustaría que la gente de Hoteles.com analize con mas detenimiento los lugares que ofrecen y como es el sistema de ingreso para un alojamiento que en este caso es un conventillo , ruidoso, con perros que ladran toda la noche , sin los servicios y comodidades para cobrar 60 euros en la noche. Ofrecen estacionamiento en una obra en construcción y el desayuno es en un bar de mala muerte a 4 cuadras y encima cafe frio y una medialuna de 3 dias atrás. Aunque en este hotel los dueños no mostraron mala predisposición ( algo muy común en todos los hoteles de italia) me hicieron firmar un papel para que me haga cargo de los daños cuando si me pasaba algo al auto a quien le iba a reclamar. Me parece que Hoteles.com tendría que reveer su política de hoteles entre profesionales y amateur que pueden ofrecer un habitación que le sobra y cobrar un precio de un 3 estrellas.

Personnel accueillant mais les hôtes ne parlent pas anglais... Chambres impeccables mais salle de bain commune et emplacement très excentré, dans une zone industrielle. La gare est toutefois à deux pas, ce qui permet de se rendre très facilement aux cinque terre. On ne peut pas manger sur place ni au déjeuner ou dîner, ni même pour le petit déjeuner. La chambre est équipée d'un lecteur DVD (utile puisqu'il n'y a pas de quoi sortir à proximité le soir).
