La struttura ha diversi punti di forza e qualche punto da migliorare. Nello specifico i punti di forza, parlo della Cozy suite: 1-posizione strategica ,si raggiungono tutti i punti dell'isola in 15 minuti,se dotati di mezzo di trasporto 2-hot tube funzionante e ben gestita 3- accessori cucina funzionanti 4- parcheggio privato 5- personale simpatico e affidabile Punti da migliorare: 1-oscuranti sole ,dalle 6 di mattina avevi la luce diretta in casa 2- pulizie fatte tutti i giorni ma molto superficiali 3- su 7 giorni 2 mezze giornate è mancata la corrente elettrica 4- rumorosità strada praticamente tutto il giorno e la notte 5- poca scelta nella colazione Alla fine struttura che consiglierei e dove tornerei.

Excellent accommodations, family friendly, in a great location, with magnificent views. Super friendly and jovial staff. Special shout out to Lila for her incredible and amazing suggestions, that made our stay a memorable vacation.

Five stars all the way!!!

It was an amazing experience staying at Athiri hitel. Stayed with family and my kids loved it. Greg was an amazing host and helped with organizing local tours as well. Breakfast was amazing with so many choices and delivered to room. Rooms were very nice and location as well.

The location is remote from the busy city area. It's on the bus route to and from Oia to Fira, but you have to walk over to Cerrefour market for the public bus stop that comes by every hour. Breakfast option is nice and made available upon request.

We loved this stay. The rooms are like tiny homes- space used very efficiently! The rooms were clean and comfortable. It was the first time we had warm water for our showers on a Greek island! The hot tubs are small but fit us adequately! They had a snack and wine awaiting us upon our arrival. We were able to check in very early. The breakfast was very good. The staff was very friendly. Now for Dimitris, he was the person who welcomed us and wished us farewell. He was the best of the best- he arranged all transportation for our stay, he booked dinner reservations, and was always welcoming and stayed with us to talk without being in a hurry. Our stay, in Santorini, would not have been half it was without his help. The location is about a 20 minute walk to cafes, shops, and restaurants. The hotel is located on a very busy road. Not sure about parking. In a two week vacation throughout mainland Greece and three different Greek islands- Dimitris was the best! With his help- we were able to see the Minoan ruins, Red Beach, Black Beach, and Oia all in one day with his assistance! Would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Athiri for the 2 nights we stayed in Santorini. The views were amazing as was the breakfast provided each morning. The only downside was getting to and from the property as public transport was limited and the costs for taxis quickly added up but apart from this everything was great!

Nice, clean property. Delicious breakfast. However if you’re relying on the bus system it’s not the most ideal location. Hot tub was not super warm. Overall great two bedroom for family. Toys for the kids. Friendly staff.

It's a nice country style unit. It's a little remote from Fira, and definitely need a car to get around, or just grab taxi service. It's on the bus route that can take you to Oia. Just have to walk to the public bus stop just north of the roadside market. There's plenty of hot water, but the cold water comes and goes, could be the pressure. You can make an order for breakfast for the next morning, which is nice.

The main towns oia and Fira are beautiful and, the location for the house/ apartment is amazing, internet service is poor. Breakfast is nice, delivered to your door. Santorini beaches are not good do not go

Fantastic, We stayed in the family room with our children for 2 nights. Staff were welcoming and helpful in every way. Breakfast was amazing as was service. Only suggestion to anyone would be to rent a car. The buses are tough to figure and the cost to rent a car is relatively cheap ( the hotel can also help with this!). Great experience and we would absolutely recommend and return .

⭐⭐ Not the Right Fit for Us Athiri may be suitable for many visitors, but unfortunately it did not meet our expectations for accommodation for three adults. The family suite had small twin bunk beds and toddler toys which made the room feel more suited to a family travelling with young children than three adults. We were surprised to learn upon arrival that toilet paper could not be flushed. We later understood that this can be related to plumbing systems at some Santorini properties. However, this is an important consideration that we would have appreciated knowing before booking. There were several other arrangements we had not anticipated, including restrictions on sunscreen when using the outdoor hot tub, limited towel changes, and the requirement to order breakfast the day before. The property itself was clean, and we understand that its rules are intended to protect and maintain the facilities. Unfortunately, the overall setup was simply different from the full-service hotel experience we were looking for. We ultimately decided that the accommodation was not the right fit for our family and relocated for the remainder of our stay. My advice to future guests is to carefully review or ask about the room configuration, plumbing arrangements, dining options and property policies before booking, particularly when travelling with adults. While Athiri was not suitable for our particular needs, it may be a good choice for travellers looking for this type of accommodations.

We had a free upgrade without charge when we arrived, including a spa, so we appreciated. The host was really kind and welcoming. Everything was clean, the room was comfortable. Not to far from imerovigli but you have to walk a bit to get to some restaurants. Parking really easy with plenty of places. Breakfast included was awesome and delicious, with many choiced, and served at the time you want. Also, we were able to use the laundry service so we really appreciated. Thank you for the stay! :)

Excellent family vacation property

Booked a family friendly hotel to accommodate our two year old and had a blast at Athiri hotel. Location is epic near Fira and Oia, rooms are beautiful and clean and they even offer toys for little guests. Couldn’t recommend it enough.

I will provide an honest and fair review of my mixed experience here. ACCOMMODATIONS: It is nice however our stay was uncomfortable. The bed had dead bugs with smeared blood and unknown stains. We decided to sleep in the bunkbeds instead because of this. The next day they changed the sheets but this experience was odd since we should have had clean fresh sheets upon arrival. Day 2 the AC unit was leaking so bad it soaked our clothes. The leaking sound was disruptive so again we slept in the uncomfortable children's bunkbed. The next day they had a technician fix it. The cost and this experience was unacceptable so we requested a partial refund for the partial experience we received at this accommodation and they denied it. They claimed to care about their customers experience but clearly they can not take financial responibility for their shortcomings. Very disappointing. LOCATION: It is on a busy road that is dangerous especially at night. If you do nor have a car I do not recommend staying here. There are some bus stops but braving the dangerous road isn't worth it at all. There are better accommodations, location and management at other places near by. Very inconvenient.

The room was spacious and light, and the property was walking distance to everything we needed. The best part of the stay was the proprietor Themis. Having him there was like having a private concierge, he was so helpful, and interested in making sure our stay was an extraordinary one.
