There are occasional items that reveal a slightly thread-bare tendency. A dab of paint here, a washed or painted wall, or other minor stuff that could spruce up the place just a tiny bit and make it completely feel like a 4-star establishment. Hilton Garden Inn San Juan Condado
Clean room. Nice staff beautiful view. Breakfast was not up to par. Potatoes cold, cream cheese but no bagels , needs more pastry variety. Definitely not worth 27 dollars.
