"Room was tired, door falling off cupboard for fridge which was minute. We were travelling, leaving early to fly so microwave in room would have been nice. Great bar but drinks were incredibly expensive compared to anywhere else in the Algarve. Good shuttle service but you need to book ahead."

"The location is convenient, the service is excellent, and the hotel is clean and quiet. The garden is large and beautiful, making it feel like staying in a palace. The breakfast is also rich and delicious."

"My wife and I had a lovely stay here. The hotel is beautiful. Our room was a good size and had a good view over the gardens and river. The staff were wonderful and the service was excellent. The food was first class. The hotel is in a quiet area and a little removed from the shops, museums etc but that was fine for us. "

The Beach view was nice but further from the hotel than the photos show. The Bartender was Amazing along with all of his assistants, wish they could stay open longer!!"

"The suite room was small but fine for the two of us, similar to a hotel room. We did not use the on-site amenities or restaurants. Great location by the metro and the downtown is not far to walk. We were early for our room and the staff said they would WhatsApp us when the room was ready but they did not. That was okay anyway. The coffee latte was cold at the cafe near the entrance, go somewhere else. "
