"O lugar é muito agradável, mas não funciona exatamente como um Hotel (não possui café, serviço de quarto...) na chegada demorou até encontrarem a reserva e não há uma recepção. Mas o lugar estava limpo, e arrumado. Muito bonita a vista para o lago. É afastado da cidade, o ideal é ir chegar após a janta ou levar comida. Pode pedir refeição também."
"Pousada muito boa, com vários animais, muita natura ao redor, pés de frutas, pássaros, uma vista linda, trilha dentro da pousada, passeiode cavalo.
O que falta na pousada é uma piscina aquecida por está na serra e no frio faz diferença na região. Também poderiam servir um café da tarde, alguma refeição além do café da manhã que já tem na diária, que é muito bom. Fiquei na casa com cozinha, com utensílios para cozinhar, e que poderia ter uma churrasqueira privativa, seria ótimo, tem...
"The room was cosy and clean. One person in the staff spoke eglish which was of great help. They could also help order food deliveries to the hotel.
The hotel is a bit out side of the town but in a beutiful area and with incredible views form the balconies. It was not always possibe to get an uber to drive out to the hotel so it might be better suited if you come in a car. The parking is also very good."
"Razoável, uma coberta super fina para um lugar que é frio, o ralo do banheiro entupido subindo agua enquanto toma banho, check-in sem nenhuma explicação do hotel ou horários, estacionamento sem vaga, mas nao deixam na porta nem uma vaga para carga e descarga de malas, elevador parou de funcionar."
"When I arrived to check in, I was informed that the room I had reserved was not available. The staff were not helpful in resolving the issue, and when I requested to speak with a manager, my request was denied. Given the lack of assistance and accountability, we ultimately decided not to stay. I’m extremely disappointed with the experience."
"Friendly staff, comfortable big bed. Found two dead coach roaches in my room. Receptionist kindly came to remove them and didn’t see others after, however, I was always concerned about them. "
"The staffs are friendly, the place is clean and its feel likes the old Lisbon which makes sense since it’s still in operation for 140 years. Everything is in walking distance and I feel safe. I especially love that’s it close to the park that have the mineral water. "
