The hotel was in a great location; easily accessible to the main shopping district and markets. Staff was efficient and friendly. Really enjoyed our stay. Parking was more expensive than lots in the same area. So would recommend using one of the near by Parking lots instead of the Holiday Inn Parking.

it was an ok stay. Staff was very nice. always ready to give new towels and water which was great. the rooms were comfortable. We stayed three nights in the annex wing. Family of four and stayed in connecting rooms. did not like the bathroom configuration at all. We did not understand why the sing to wash out hand after using the bathroom was outside in the main room where the beds were. Very bizarre!

I was in Sapporo for the snow festival, the hotel is located near odori park some easy to walk to odori station. The hotel is nice the Japanese bath is clean and spacious
