A lovely hotel in an old custom house on the square in the centre of Ordunia. Excellent food and well situated to explore on foot. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay, very peaceful and an immaculately maintained property. The host could not have been more helpful and the breakfast was delicious. Cannot recommend more highly!

Beautiful rural village location very close to Bilbao. Hotel listing says no parking however there is ample free street parking in the village so don’t let this put you off. Hotel is a family run business. Very comfortable, spacious, clean, tidy and modern rooms. Very comfortable beds and fantastic shower and bath. Beautiful scenery to wake up to. We cannot comment on breakfast or dinner as we did not have time on this occasion. We wish we had stayed for longer and would love to...

Fabulous hotel for visiting the Guggenheim but also walkable to all areas of Bilbao. Breakfast is perfect, everything you could want and more. Ate in the restaurant one evening and the food is superb and good value for a 5* hotel restaurant. Finally the staff are all friendly and helpful. All together a great stay.

The hotel was beautifully laid out with stunning views. The staff were above and beyond incredible. They couldn’t do enough to help. Always on hand and so amenable. I had the best stay and if I could rate 11/10 I would.

Fabulous place in a lovely location. We had a brilliant stay and the hotel could not do enough to help us. They allowed us to check out a couple of hours later as we had struggled to get transport back from Bilbao, they also made us packed lunch (for a small fee) on departure even though the restaurant was closed. Couldn't recommend enough

A veey pleasant hotel. Centrally placed and useful for Guggenheim and city parks. Room was clean and quiet

I cannot rate this hotel and it’s staff highly enough. We visited in the middle of July just after Covid 19 restrictions were lifted. We drove from A Coruna and arrived after midnight. We booked one double room for myself, husband and small dog and a second for our 25 year old daughter. We received the most warm welcome despite the late hour and this continued throughout our stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff had to work within the very tight restrictions required to operate...

Two on us stsyed here on a motorcycle trip, owner very welcoming and hospitable. Accomodation clean and tidy, good nights sleep. Breakfast great, plenty of choice. Secure private parking around the back for the motorbikes. Two cafe bars close by both good food and drink. Would recommend.

Absolutely loved our stay at the Barcelo hotel in Bilbao. Rooms were great, service excellent and the bar/ lobby area is so welcoming. Highly recommend.

Excellent position, 10 minute walk to Guggenheim, 15 walk to old town, easy walks to tram and train station. Very helpful, friendly staff. Very good breakfast and bar food. Recommend

The hotel is located right in the heart of Bilbao on a large crossroads, making easy access to attractions and the Guggenheim museum. We were lucky enough to be upgraded, the room was spacious, nice sized bathroom and sat over the entrance. This made it a little noisy at night with passer by shouting but only disturbed our sleep a little. The staff were super helpful and friendly. The museum is the main attraction in the city, we also took a boat ride and travelled on the Funicular for...

We had a junior suite with views over the river. It was everything we had wished for this short break. The hotel is in a really good location. The breakfast excellent and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

I received the usual warm welcome, plus the offer of a room upgrade, which I accepted. The service is always excellent and the servicing of the room also.
