"This is an amazing property located slap bang in the centre of La Spezia old town with restaurants, bars, cafés and independent shops on the doorstep. We had the duplex suite with a large lounge-diner area and bathroom downstairs, then a bedroom with massive bath tub and a further bathroom upstairs. "The hotels is wonderfully. Very intimate and few steps from the Mediterranean Sea, you can hear the waves crushing when you open the windows. Our room was amazing with a cute balcony and a very comfortable bed. The lady that greet us every morning was very kind and polite, she made us feel at home and gave us ideas for day trips. Good breakfast. Would totally recommend it. "
