We raised the issue with reception, but the staff were unhelpful and showed little interest in resolving the situation. Even after management became involved, we did not receive an apology. While they offered to refund our car parking, they were unable to process the refund back onto my card. After waiting 45 minutes with no resolution, I eventually gave up."

The grounds are wonderful kept, full of mature trees, a war memorial and a pretty fountain. And that's before you get to the front of the hotel. The breakfasts blew us way, and our one evening meal was delicious. "
