"Love breakfast made to order, lovely clean room"

"The hosts were lovely, and the check-in was fast. The room was clean and warm, and the bed comfortable. Sadly there was occasional noise coming from the road nearby and the trains passing by. Overall it was good."

"The room was small but fine for one night. The heating was not on and took a long time to heat the room once the temperature was set. The reason for the overall poor score is the staff. We had no shampoo in the dispenser, which my wife only realised when she was in the shower. I called reception, who were apologetic and said someone would be along shortly. Five minutes later a man turned up with a bottle of shower gel. I told that was not what was needed and he said he'd be back very soon....

"The room floors, the corridors and the overall property is in a really bad state. The photos on Expedia are completely misleading. We would not have booked had realistic photos of the property been used. I would not reccomend anyone staying at this hotel - especially families with children. The staff however were very friendly and helpful. "

"Excellent full English breakfast, loved the classical music on the radio when entering the room. Great evening food served. Loved the special touches, gin tipple and fresh milk for brews in the fridge. Loved it, would use again of staying in the area."

"The staff's location and the quality of the food were commendable; we thoroughly enjoyed these aspects. However, we were dissatisfied with the room for several reasons. Firstly, it was uncomfortably cold due to insufficient heating, despite the presence of a small heater. The room failed to warm adequately, raising concerns that our young infant might catch a cold. Secondly, the bed was uncomfortable; the mattress exhibited the springs, causing discomfort to our back, and there was a significant...

"Had issue with people using drugs in the parking area and constant banging from the upper floors. The staff were great and tried to address our concerns. Would stay here again!"

"The room was clean and spacious enough. The shower gel was empty, (not life threatening just annoying) as we didn’t want to unpack our toiletries from our flight as we were flying again in the early am. We had dinner at a pub nearby (walking distance) and ordered dessert at the bar to bring to our room. The dessert took nearly an hour, and they brought the wrong thing. Again- not a huge deal, but 45 min to deliver the wrong items is bizarre. The staff was kind enough, and we didn’t complain...

"Just home from the most amazing five days here. The hotel is spotless and the staff all smiles,. My grandkids loved the warm swimming pool, the outdoor gym and the playground. The grounds are wonderful kept, full of mature trees, a war memorial and a pretty fountain. And that's before you get to the front of the hotel. The breakfasts blew us way, and our one evening meal was delicious. "

"Our second stay at this property. Chose it for its location as we were taking our granddaughters into London by train. Train station a ross the road with frequent direct trains to London. Free parking at the hotel a bonus. A nice pub nearby and a nice walk along the canal. Rooms clean and sufficient. Staff friendly. "

"Staff were affable and very helpful, I truly enjoyed my three nights stay at Crown Plaza Hotel Beaconsfield. The breakfast was top-notch , the pool, steam room , hot tub and the sauna as well. I will recommend, this is my second visit and I am definitely coming back soon ."
