"I stayed for a short time, this had everything I needed and was reasonably priced. Room was a clean, had a comfy bed, was quiet, and very friendly staff to greet me both when I checked in and out… with yummy coffee in the morning. It’s a basic stay, but everything you need. Would definitely recommend!"

"This is a wonderful modern hotel in a very center of North Adams. A view from 7th floor is picturesque. It is very clean. The room is spacious; the beds are comfortable. The pool looks good, although we didn't try that. There are a coupe of nice art exhibitions on the first floor. The coffee is good, the breakfast pastries and fruits are nice, but these are all it is for breakfast. And the road to Greylock mountain starts in 2 minutes drive from the hotel. We loved it!"

"The rooms are large and clean. The beds were comfortable. The AC was very noisy in our room. They try hard with breakfast. They have real scrambled eggs and homemade biscuits. However, they seems to still be figuring stuff out. Some days there are bottles of water, some days there are none at the breakfast. I would welcome a little more fruit and maybe some not-sugary cereal at breakfast. How about an electric hot water kettle so we don't have to drink coffee-tasting tea out of the Keurig? I wish they would try to be more ecological (and it would also be more pleasant). How about real ceramic cups, plates, and flatware in the breakfast area? They did have filtered water in the breakfast area, but it tasted "off." Maybe time to change the filter? We enjoyed the sauna in our room. Bennington is a fun little area with hiking trails, lakes to swim in, and some nice restaurants. The folks at the front desk were very friendly and helpful!"

"The staff were friendly and helpful. We especially appreciated the free delicious breakfast! The lady working in the breakfast area was meticulous about replacing food/drinks when supply was running low, and she frequently cleaned up the serving areas and the tables in the dining area. I never saw her stop! The only complaint I have is that the AC unit in our room was really loud."

"Deep cleaning needs to be done and the hot tub was dirty. had to clean but it was a nice room. Owner very nice and he was sorry about the tub. It could have been the filters."
