"It was beautiful and clean. Everyone was friendly and helpful. They even went to the trouble of replacing a pastry from a local bakery my nephew accidentally left behind when changing rooms. My only complaint was there were too many emails and text messages from both Expedia and the hotel. Probably 3-6 per day starting a couple of weeks prior to our trip!"

"Good location, we walked to the Reds ballpark but there was also a cheap shuttle option right outside the hotel. Plenty of food and shopping options nearby. All staff was very friendly. Breakfast was fine. Our room had a couple minor maintenance issues we didn't bring up until checkout but overall recommend for a budget friendly option!"

"Great set up. Well stocked with what we needed. Unfortunately on the alley beside our room there is a metal grate covering a hole in the road which makes a loud banging noise every time a car runs over it. We and other couples who stayed there had difficulty sleeping due to this. "

"Check in was supposed to be after three PM, but we didn’t get a room until four thirty PM. The rooms appeared to be pre assigned. Someone one we know got a room immediately after they got a room that had not been cleaned. So there was available cleaned rooms, but the staff made us wait. Liked proximity to the Great American ball park."

"We checked in for 2 nights, our room was dirty at check in! There was Hair all over the bathroom floor, sticky stuff on the big table toilet had stains on it and the Toilet paper was almost gone…..it took several request just to get more Toilet paper…Not acceptable! The shower was clogged up… that was not taken care off neither. I had to clean our room, which is not acceptable! I went to the front desk and told them that we needed toilet paper and that the room was dirty. The front desk Attend...

"Great location and great unit. Walked to the heritage bank center in 5 minutes. Unit was comfortable for our family of 4. My son wanted us to move in permanently. Would stay again if I ever return to the Cincinnati area."

"The rooms are spacious, clean, and quiet. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and respectful. Plus there’s a microwave in the room."

"Our room was clean, workers helpful and pleasant, pool was shut down our last day there so completely bummed as that’s what we had planned after we went to the game. They stress it is a no party, no smoking hotel however we smelled marijuana the ENTIRE time we were there. The elevators were STRONG, and the top floor must be the pot floor"

"While Shirley at the front desk was professional and accommodating, this property is in need of serious updating. They also appeared to have a fruit fly issue… An elevator in the hotel and an elevator in the parking structure were out of order. I think these accommodations were embarrassing for a wedding party that had perhaps encouraged guests to stay, perhaps remembering it as a younger, better maintained property prior?"

"The property is exactly what you expect a Holiday Inn to be. It’s in good condition and was clean. The staff was very friendly, helpful and welcoming. There is a train fairly close to keep in mind when packing. We bring a small portable fan for white noise and didn’t hear the train when that was on."

"Tv remotes did not work well if at all. Breakfast was less that appealing. Everything was low and was not refilled in a timely manner."
