"Phòng không có tủ lạnh nên bất tiện với du khách. Gần ga tàu nên thuận tiện di chuyển. Điều hoà lúc đến khong mát, ngày sau chắc được sửa nên đã mát"

"Todo bien"

"Overall ok Experience."

"Helpful staff"

"One of the best hotels we have stayed at in France hands down. It’s perfectly situated in the village and a quick drive over the bridge to Avignon and a close drive to other small villages (though there is plenty to do in Villeneuve). The staff is exceptionally professional and helpful. The bed is comfortable (classic room with courtyard view) and overall the room is delightfully cozy. We will start our journey there next time we visit the country. The hotel is exactly what you would imagine for...

"Au top du top ! Un vrai plaisir"

"Hôtel situé idéalement et surtout au calme . La chambre était propre , très simple ."

"Great location to have easy access to the train and transfer for river cruise."

"The hotel is perfectly located in Avignon to explore the city on foot. The property has a lot of old world charm. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The room was very quiet which was a big bonus for us. The staff were nice and welcoming. Would stay there again."

"Beautiful place and the best views!"

"Nous avons été déçus à notre arrivée que l'accès à la piscine et au spa soit payant 18 € par personne pour une heure et demie. De plus le spa était en panne. Le personnel est très sympathique et dévoué. Le petit-déjeuner est très bien et varié et en fonction de son prix. Nous n'avons pas pu tester le restaurant."

We could hear the traffic, especially sirens throughout the night. The picture of the hotel on the Expedia site is not accurate at all, and we were somewhat disappointed in that. We were also slightly disappointed in the room itself. The kitchen was typical and useable, but most of the things we wanted to use were stored too high out of our reach. And...

"Our junior suite was a nice size , conveniently latex out , beautifully maintained, light and bright. The pillows were hard and square and there was no conditioner."

"The hotel is split between a new building and an old building built in 1589. We were in the old building. Our room was quite large, especially by European standards with very high cieling typical of old buildings. We had a modern w/c and bathroom, and lots of racks and shelves for cloths. The room was spotlessly clean, but the paintwork on the windows (origial to 1589?) and the closet doors needed a refresh. Breakfast for 18 Euros was excellent. There is a pool with a sizable deck on the...
