"I could gave it 1 star because I had to. This was the absolute worst place I've ever stayed at. Nothing in the room was cleaned. Toilet was a mess. The bathroom door frame was half broken. Durty walls. There were even receipts left in the drawers. We had to wipe it down with clorox wipes and it was disgusting. A room in that kind of condition had no business being rented out. Inexplicable conditions. Unacceptable. "

"I did not stay because I had a problem with the person at the check in counter. I paid on Expedia and this clown wanted me to pay again as a “deposit” I’m not payin twice for a lower than expected smelly 1star hotel 🙄 so I cancelled and currently am waiting for a response. "

"The room is clean and staff friendly. No problem parking. The restaurant serves great food and the pastries were delicious. Only disappointment was that breakfast was $15.99. The breakfast was no different than other hotels that offer it free. Ssfe and secure place. "

"Staff was polite and helpful. Room was clean. Bed comfortable. Bar/restaurant closes early, so we couldn’t utilize it. Pool/gym was also closed for renovations. Bathroom was clean but missing attention to detail and/or requiring maintenance. Faucet handles backwards, shower faucet needs replaced, grout needs work. "

"Battery in my room door needed replaced. Staff were pleasant and helpful. When I couldn't find anyone at front desk I quickly learned to look just outside for smokers. Heavy rains needed cleaned up in public areas. Routine maintenance must be overlooked. "

"The gentleman that checked us in was friendly. The room was a little dirty with stains on the ceiling and walls. The shower drain was clogged. The biggest issue was the visitors upstairs were extremely loud. I’m guessing this is a typical expectation from the hotel because they have you sign a waiver on the weekend saying you will be kicked out if you are too loud. "

"The room is perfect. It's so much more affordable than the other dozen hotels in the area. We were just evicted from my home after my identity was stolen. My landlord lied and stole EVERYTHING from my home, cars, and family and our stay here is the first time we have felt safe in months.
