"Our arrival experience at Parc Hotel Miramonti was extremely disappointing and stressful. We had booked and prepaid through Expedia for two people, half-board, in a superior room with a mountain view. Despite this, upon arrival we were told that the reservation only covered one person and that we had to pay an additional €70. "Hotel is situated in a square next to the clock tower kind of hard to find when you get there you have to check in at another motel called Castle Ruth was very confusing.Parking is located a couple blocks away in a underground garage it all ended up being okay but it was just kind of inconcieint.
