"The hotel was great, close to the train station, shopping, restaurants. Our room was great, had a small balcony. The hotel is unique and onw of our favorites, will absolutely stay there again if we ever travel back to Zurich."

The facility is great, but we find the room a little smaller for 2 people. Breakfast is good with a few choices to choose from and staff are very accommodating. I would highly recommend this place. "Location of hotel is walking distance from trams, trains and buses. Room was kept clean, very friendly and accommodating staff, very nice lobby with bar and restaurants. Breakfast buffet offered a great variety of food. Hardworking and accommodating wait staff in restaurant as well! Definitely recommended!"

"Great room, clean and quiet. Just be aware that their is no wall for the shower. Breakfast is expensive (but everything is expensive at Zürich) location was not the best, need to use the tram for transportation, it’s about 25 min away from main attractions. Never felt unsafe. "
