"Kein Empfang, Hotelier schickte Vertreterin, die nicht Bescheid wusste und kein Englisch sprach. Bekamen ein Raucherzimmer angeboten, das stank - selbst nach Eindruck der Vertreterin. Wir hätten kein Frühstück und kein W-Lan bekommen (wie eigentlich versprochen). Wir mussten uns ein anderes Zimmer suchen - was zwei Stunden dauerte. Merkwürdig, dass Expedia so etwas überhaupt anbietet! "
