"We spent our honeymoon in Barcelona and the hotel was so amazing! The staff at check in and check out were the most friendly. They took such good care knowing it was our honeymoon including a bottle of cava and decorations in the room with chocolates! "The service provided by the employees at this property was exceptional. The team provided assistance with airport transfers and transfers to a cruise ship. Email communication was prompt and on the ground service was the best we have received in Europe. The hotel location on the water was safe and convenient short walk to main tourist sites. Restaurant recommendation for dinner was non-touristy, local food and very affordable. This was a great hotel experience -we will definitely return!!"

"The attention from the staff was excellent. Especially Niko He provided his personal cell number. He was available round the clock. A defective power converter tripped breakers in our unit at midnight and he came right over from his home to fix it. His recommendations for tours and restaurants were spot on. "At first the peculiar set up of the room, with the sink in the center of it and the shower and toilet in two little boxes, was off putting but it worked out. The view was spectacular. "Minha estada no geral foi boa, exceto o tempo perdido esperando o elevador no hotel. Só existem 3 elevadores e um estava quebrado quando cheguei, no dia seguinte outro parou de funcionar. Além disso, os elevadores são muito lentos e nada inteligentes. Vale uma menção ao atendimento da Valerie, uma simpatia e muito profissional, seu atendimento me fez relevar o problema dos elevadores. No mais, o hotel é muito bem localizado, limpo e confortável."
