"Our family of 5 had a wonderful 4 night stay in the main building (kids ages 10,12,14). It’s a converted very old Villa that has been nicely renovated and the room sizes were generous; it was so charming! We really appreciated the pool after hot afternoons walking in the crowded city and museums. The neighborhood is just outside the Boboli Garden two blocks from the Roman Gate but felt like we were staying miles away from the busy, crowded city streets. These are accommodations offered to students and by those standards, the condition is pretty poor, The bed was very high and not comfortable, the size was small and the room comforts were pretty poor considering the tariff Social Hub charged. "No 24 hour shuttle to airport as advertised (it cost about 100-200 euros to get your own transportation). The hotel Charges 2.5 Euros each way for their shuttle to and from the city. The shuttle drops you off about a mile from the actual city center no where near anything and it has other stops on the way, it also has limited pick up and drop offs. "Top to bottom flawless and fantastic stay! Super appreciative that our room was ready a little early prior to check in time. A beautiful hospitality gift was presented upon our arrival. Estlyn was such a friendly face each morning at breakfast as she kept us well stocked on espresso and cappuccinos!! Location was just perfect for us as we were so close to the Duomo and the Cathedral. Pleasantly the T2 tram from Peretola Airport brought us within 2 blocks of the hotel ( San Marco stop) which...
