"I've been here a few times. I love the hotel and I like red roof a lot. Last time I was here i had my dog. Today I didn't. It was good. It was like 50 degrees outside and the windows opened. the AC just doesn't go below 66°f which sucks because I was very hot all night even with the AC on and we tried the windows at one point. The bed was comfy. The pillows are nice. The TV worked well. Everything was clean. The shower worked nice and hot. Parking was well. Everyone was nice. I forgot my normal shampoo conditioner and soap. The red roof brand shampoo conditioner and soap really suck I don't like them. I don't feel clean and it leaves a weird almost film on my skin. It causes my face and skin to break out with acne. I hope to come back for a 3rd or 4th time here."

"Even though staff were nice, rooms had cobweb and there was crack on bathroom tile. Bathroom floor felt sticky. I have been to so many Hampton Inn but never experienced this kind of dirty room. Also, alarm went off middle of night and it took almost 20mins to shut it off."

"I purchase a studio suite, when I checked in, they gave me a regular queen room. I explain to them that this is not the room I purchased. First the worker told me that there was nothing he could do about it since it was purchased through a third party and I needed to contact Expedia. Because the room cost more than what I paid for that's why I got the room they gave me. So, I pulled up my receipt and showed him so he could see that this is what I purchase and if he was unable to accommodate, I would like to speak to his manger. He then begins to make in excuse why I couldn't speak to the mangers; mangers are not available on the weekend it may take some time. To make a long story short they switch my room no charge, but all night they kept coming to my room saying they were receiving noise complaints the first time my sister answered the door and said she was rude as she was telling the lady that it wasn't our room she was walking away as she was speaking. Yes, we did have kids in the room, but they were 10,11, and two 12-year-olds so they were not running they were laying around on their phones so the second time she came I answer the door because I was up cleaning up. I said yes. She said this is the second time I had to come here for running and jumping it too loud. So, I open the door so she could see in the room to show her that the girls were sitting down and as I was speaking to her, she walked off they were very rude in nasty. meanwhile I was hearing the same noise."
