"The check-in process was great, there was a person at reception when we arrived. The room was clean and working apart from the window was broken and took a bit of effort to shut properly. The largest downside was a loud humming noise resonating through the room throughout the day, as if coming from an industrial laundry facility somewhere underground. "Great location if you want to walk around Edinburgh. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable! The room was clean and very nice. The bathroom was also exactly what you want and need. If there was one thing constructive to say, the mattress was super hard and I found it uncomfortable But I would Absolutely stay there again!"

"We were able to reach the property on foot after getting off the tram at Haymarket Station. Took less than 5 minutes. We were given a code ahead of time for the front door and our room and we appreciated that they were the same so you don’t have to try and remember so many numbers. Our room was on the first floor, no elevators guys, but it wasn’t a problem for us because we only had two carry ons. The room was small but clean and the bed extra comfy! "I really enjoyed my stay. Juveria, the owner, was lovely and couldn't be more accommodating. The location was perfect, quiet and peaceful. The window opened fully, which was a real bonus! Lots of buses into town but a lovely 10 minute walk, passing lots of independent shops en route. Very comfortable and clean. "

"Such welcoming staff who were so helpful in the morning. Breakfast was wonderful, really tasty and lots of variety. The full Scottish breakfast was a firm favourite! The room was super clean and quiet. A lovely stay if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle, which a quaint village feel. This has a family feel to it! Thank you, my 7 year old son would love to stay again. "
