"Top notch"

"It is a beautiful property particularly in the common spaces (breakfast room, library). The rooms are in need of some work: a few small changes would make the rooms cleaner, brighter and functional. Consider small touches like kleenex and water glasses to more substantial ones like a small refrigerator and a fresh coat of paint. "This is a very nice place, but we didn’t realize we were not in the main house. We were in a guest house in the back and it had very narrow stairs. The bathroom was not luxurious at all. No mirror and it took us a while to figure out how to get the shower warm. "
