"I booked three rooms for the night before our cruise. We took the light rail from the airport at only $3 per person and was dropped off at the Westlake Center. The hotel is about 3 min. walk away. We found the staff friendly, the rooms clean, and the area around the hotel walkable and safe. They had a 12pm check out so we walked to Pikes Fish Market before returning to catch a shuttle to Pier 91 for our cruise. The staff arranged a shuttle to the ship for $10 per person. "We stayed in this hotel for 5 nights. We like this location and close to Seattle Center and Space Needle. The first night we stayed in a room by the roadside. It was loud and didn’t sleep well. We asked to change a quiet room and yes,we got one. It was very nice and very quiet at night. "

"The hotel was lovely and the staff was friendly and professional. Nice sitting areas in the lobby to enjoy a complimentary glass of wine. The room was clean and comfortable but lacked space to put bathroom essentials. I would certainly stay here again!"

"The hotel was fun and the staff was amazing! We did have some other guests who called in and complained about us making too much noise. We were laughing for about 2 minutes, at 3:30pm. We got a call from the front desk telling us about the complaint. That was not cool and the staff was very apologetic about even making that call to us. Location was great, so many delicious restaurants around and a short walk to Pike Market and Space Needle. "
