"Sheets had stains and long black hairs on them. We stripped the bed and asked for new ones. We then noticed 2 large stains on the mattress pad, which looked like urine stains. When returning the blanket and comforter to the bed, we found another long black hair. In the bathroom, there were 2 half used rolls of toilet paper and no additional new rolls. The bathroom ceiling appeared to have some water damage as it was discolored and hanging down in spots. Upon returning to our room the second day, we again found long black hair in the bedding. Room temperature was difficult to regulate. "
