"Upon arrival we were meet with a friendly and helpful staff. The room wad clean and orderly. It was ready for our stay. We had breakfast at the Cafe near the lobby and the food was delicious and the service was the best that I have experienced. The waitress was friendly and helped us navigate the menu. She ensured yhat we were happy with our food and came by for drink refills without our asking. This will be my stop everytime that I return to Greenboro. "

"Dead bed bugs in room, had to change room immediately. Toilet seat kept coming off partially or totally - the crappy old plastic hinges are a safety hazard."

"All was good except the smell of the room. Musty, old smell that triggered my asthma. We arrived exhausted around midnight so we weren’t about to go complain/ switch rooms, plus they were full, we opted to just deal with it and fell asleep. The fridge made a strange noise but like I said, we were exhausted so it didn’t disturb our sleep. Everything else was fine."

"Hotel was ok. However I was unfortunate to spend 3 nights when a a bunch of disrespectful college kids were there as well. They partied at the hall (not even in their bedrooms ) until 1am. Very loud. I had to ask them a few times to keep it down. I shouldn't have to be doing this. Horrible nights. Coincidence or not but the breakfast area floor was sticky. Not sure if it was them and their lack of proper manners and common sense (I witnessed one overfilling a coffee cup and dropping at the floor). But it was gross. My shoes are still sticky. "
