"We had a wonderful stay at Okko Hotels Bayonne Center during my visit to Bayonne. The hotel is modern, clean, and conveniently located within walking distance of the city center, making it easy to explore Bayonne's charm. The staff was welcoming, friendly, and always willing to help. The rooms were comfortable, quiet, and thoughtfully designed. One of our favorite features was the Club Lounge, which offers complimentary snacks, coffee, tea, and a beautiful view. The breakfast was good, with a great selection of fresh and delicious options. Overall, this hotel provided a comfortable and relaxing experience with great service and amenities. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bayonne."

"The hotel is well located and the rooftop bar and restaurant is really excellent. Staff were very helpful and everything clean. We had an incident with noisy air conditioning that kept us awake all night and although it was a “can’t do anything about it” situation, which was annoying, but in the end they did credit us the night with no quibbles. Well handled."

"This hotel had a historic feel with a convenient location by the train station for our very early morning train. Even though it is historic feeling, this place has a lift! I wasn't expecting that, so what a bonus, although the staircase is also lovely. It was a short walk to the historic downtown and loads of restaurants for the evening. And although the neighbourhood itself felt a bit seedy when we arrived it seemed safe. The shower was the smallest I think I've seen but it worked, and the room was really well appointed. We didn't do the breakfast because of the early train but it was offered. I think this was good value for money."

"We had an amazing view from our very spacious room and could see/hear the waves coming into the beach from our balcony. Everything was comfortable. We paid extra for our breakfast - which was satisfactory. The staff at reception were really helpful, showing us the best way to restaurants and recommending options. The hotel is a short walk from the old town, yet in a quiet area. I wasn't so keen on the lack of a wash hand basin in the separate toilet."

"Très déçus de notre séjour de 2 nuits au Grand Tonic Hôtel & SPA. Cet hôtel ne mérite clairement pas ses 4 étoiles. Dès la première chambre, nous avons constaté des murs abîmés, des finitions moisies et un état général loin du standing attendu. Nous avons même pris une chambre Deluxe pour la deuxième nuit en pensant avoir une meilleure expérience, mais à part les toilettes séparées de la salle de bain, il n’y avait aucune réelle différence. Beaucoup de points négatifs : bruit constant, très mauvaise isolation (on entend tous les bruits du couloir dès le matin), télévision qui ne fonctionne pas, café vraiment mauvais… Résultat : un séjour loin d’être reposant et très fatigant. Concernant la piscine, énorme déception également : elle est minuscule comparée aux photos mises en avant par l’hôtel, qui sont clairement trompeuses. En plus, l’eau était froide, ce qui n’a pas du tout rendu le moment agréable. Nous avions choisi cet hôtel pour un week-end en amoureux, mais malheureusement l’expérience a été très décevante du début à la fin."
