"I live on the waterfront. The environment is great, and the space is very nice."

"My family and I stood at the Sheraton to celebrate my son's 21st birthday. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Very clean hallways and the rooms were all super clean. No odor. The best of all was that the hotel is pet friendly so we were able to bring our dogs and its literally around the corner from the outlets. We will definitely be returning and recommending to our friends and family."

"We have stayed many years. Usually more than once a year. This year the room was a little dirty. The kitchen floor could have been cleaned better.. they are upgrading but we didn’t get a one this time either. Over all the price is way worth it. The balcony alone is one of the best things about this property. The vies have always been amazing. I always shop around, this spot is always my go to. Close to shopping, garage parking too."

"The room was clean. The property needs upgrades. There was burn holes in the sheets. Outside the property was alarming. There was a horrid smell of urine and lots of homeless people. Prostitution right outside. But it is 1 block from the beach."

"The rooms had piss stand mattresses. Another guy in talked to there, I had him look at his and the same thing. The units look like Crack dens, parking look had trash everywhere, floors not clean, microwave had cought fire before. The front was melted, there was mosquitoes inside the room, i smashed five, 2 got away. no wall outlets except for TV and fridge. Staff denied and lied about refund. I said do you tbinknits right for customers to sleep on piss stained and burnt mattresses. He said its a...

"I wasnt expecting much for the price compared to other hotels in the area and I've stayed in worse, it was outdated with minimal amenities, at least the mini fridge kept our drinks cold and we had a place to crash for the night. If you're looking for "nice" spend the extra and pick another hotel, if you're looking for a place to sleep and dont care that much then this is one of the cheaper options. Parking is good for compact cars not trucks or full size suvs"
