"This two-storey apartment hotel was clean, comfortable bed, nice linens and towels, high ceilings. It is located in a quiet residential area, easy access from Sheppard Ave E. I had a Queen with kitchenette unit - very spacious living, workspace and eating area. The bedroom had adequate space, an armoire for clothes, a safe. "Great choice for a short stay! The location is perfect, just a few minutes' drive from Highway 7 and its endless variety of great Chinese restaurants and dim sum. The hotel interior is clean, and the free outdoor parking is very convenient. My only minor issue was the sofa bed springs, which were a bit noisy when turning over at night. Overall, I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Toronto for the food scene!"

"The room was advertised as "soundproof" room, that was not the case! You can hear! The room turns out to be a lot smaller than I thought. I couldn't even open my suitcase flat out on the floor. I didn't want to put it on the bed to dirty it. After the first day when I return, my room was reek of heavy cigarette smells. "Room cleaniness wasn’t the best.. found old socks left over, sheets were dirty. Microwave had someone’s Tupperware left in it. Floor was sticky. Breakfast was awesome!! Staff at check in was also awesome! Pool is small but it was good enough for my kids. There was hair all over the floor at the pool, nobody cleaned there daily. Stayed multiple nights and that same hair was all over the floor. Awesome, spacious rooms, too bad it’s so dirty. Won’t be staying again."

"Breakfast on the first morning was not great. The scrambled eggs were not good, and the chicken breakfast sausage was inedible. However breakfast the second morning was much better. The omelette was nice and the pork breakfast sausage was great!"
