"Found dirty socks and underwear in our room, woke up to an ant infestation on our first morning however the staff acted upon this quickly, the property was quite far out the city centre with limited facilities surrounding. "
"Just in front of the river, near the main attractions of the city. The room had a good space and was very clean.
Point of attention: there isn’t a lift and we had to carry out luggage to the 3rd floor. When leaving the hotel, my son fall from the stairs and got his arm injured (there was a painting service on the 2nd floor and they removed the handrails and covered the steps with a sleepery material)"
