"The hotel is very conveniently located. It is extremely close to Senso-Ji and has a metro stop within 3 mins walking distance, but is a wonderful oasis of calm amidst the hustle and bustle of Asakusa. The breakfast restaurant was a decent value for the price. The staff were very friendly and efficient in wvery interaction. As a final comment: the afternoon and early evening lounge offerings (soft drinks, beer, coffee and tea) were a very pleasant way to unwind when returning each day. "

"Check in process didn’t work and since no employee is present at front desk, it was a bit difficult. Room was not clean. Sheets had excessive human hair, fresh makeup stains and food wrappers. Appeared as if they were just folded and put away after last person slept in them, not washed. Poor response from hotel to address concerns and very disturbing that something so blatantly soiled slipped through and does not give me confidence the room was actually clean. If you want a clean room and a manned front desk, look elsewhere. If you want to pay to lay in filth, this place is for you. "

"Great hotel"

"Nice on the surface level impression, but stingy about the things that mattered. The rooms had 3 trays of shower caps, tooth brushes, cotton swabs, etc., which were mostly unnecessary. The hotel only changed our sheets upon request once in 10 days. You could leave out a card requesting the sheets to be changed & then the request card completely disappeared after that. We were also only allowed 1 espresso pod per person, per day to use in our specialty maker. Otherwise, you could take instant coffee packs from the lobby. Real coffee drinkers don't like instant. You could request more sugar, but not more creamer. We are not accessive bathers & didn't always use our towls. We felt like impositions. Furthermore, many Americans don't watch CNN & was offered as the only English news."

"Fantastic location for starters. So easy to get to most major stations. The view is incredible. Our room was always cleaned when we asked for it. The staff were always accomodating and had an easy to access laundry. We were there for 3 weeks and would easily go back again. "
