Everyone that works there is so nice, helpful coming from work in customer service for over 30 years it’s things that I look for whenever I’m staying at a hotel. They have topped my expectations by 1000% . I will be back in town in a couple of months and you best believe I’m staying here again. Thanks to the wonderful staff for all that you do. I was impressed that they left fresh fruit in my room, this will always be my go to when I am in NYC.
