"Beautiful hotel. Only negative was the only parking option was valet."

"The bed and pillows were comfortable. There was an open used bar of soap and shampoo sample in the shower as well as a used washcloth hanging over the shower curtain rod!!!!! The TV did not work even though the front desk staff made two trips to our room in attempt to fix it. He was very apologetic. The carpet is filthy. I am surprised this hotel is in the Wyndham family of hotels."

"Our TV never worked in our room even after they sent the guy to our room to fix it. So we went two days without it. Other than that it was not bad at all room was cleaned bed was nice and big shower was awesome ."

"The room had a large amount of hairs (shaved hairs) in the bathroom on the floor behind the door. I stayed there over 2 weeks ago and have still not received my deposit back. It still shows as pending on my bank side. The staff states it just takes a while for it to complete. It was not thoroughly cleaned after the last guest. I won’t stay here again, that is for certain!"
