"This is not a typical 2star hotel, but although it does have some nice amenities, this is a 1 and done hotel for me. First, the good news, nice bathroom with a full-size lotion dispenser stuck on the wall. You don't see that at this price point. But, after day 2, the shower door would not stay shut and would slowly slide open. Is this building settling? The breakfasts were better than average with biscuits and gravy. But they only had bacon on Sunday and the potatoes were McDonald style hash browns that did not fare well in the warming dish. This hotel shares a building with Sleep Inn. I don't know, but the wifi at MainStay is the number one reason I will not return to this hotel. The Sleep Inn wifi kept popping up first and blocking out the MainStay wifi, which was very frustrating as we need to use the internet day and night during our stay. It would take up to an hour to connect to the internet. It never got any better over our 4 day stay. The hotel offers a free shuttle to Bricktown. But, when we asked to go on the shuttle the front desk person could not find the driver, then after 10 minutes she said the driver is in Bricktown now and will be back in 5 minutes. After another 10 minute wait, I asked where the shuttle was. She left the front desk, went into a back room. When she came back, she said the driver had a flat tire. Did not believe her for a minute. And that brings me to the staff. The staff here is very lackadaisical. Windows: thin, noisy and windy"

"Check in was great! The man at the front desk is friendly and has a wonderful attitude! Fresh lemon water and coffee available 24 hours a day. Property is well maintained. Beds were comfortable and rooms are spacious. Breakfast was good. There is a pool and the fitness room has great options! Will definitely stay again!"

"We were treated like stars when we first arrived. And the hotel was clean, loved the shower and the location was great. Only wished garage was attached but it was across the street. "

"The room smelled horrible! The moment you stepped in it smelled like mold & mildew. There was no way to open the window. The were also huge holes in the carpet. The complimentary breakfast is an absolute joke. Cereal and bread. I wouldn't trust to even eat it after seeing how poorly maintained everything else was. There was clearly lots of other illegal activity going on at this establishment. Do not stay here! We checked out early!! I also got sick for the mold and mildew from the room!"

"The room was very comfortable, able to control the heat and a/c . Shower was roomy ,plenty of towels, fright and microwave in room ,surprise was the TV was on with a message "Welcome (Wife's name) when we entered the room. Personal touch was very nice. Carry your room key, outside access after hours will need the key."
