"Our room was clean and ready on time. There were extra pillows as we requested and the staff were very friendly, quick and efficient when asked questions and when we asked for extra towels. Parking was plentiful, the bed was VERY comfortable, and plenty of space in the bathroom. The complimentary continental breakfast was plentiful, warm, tasty, and the juice options and coffee, both excellent. Check in and check out equally quick. GREAT value for the price."

"This hotel has lots of parking and has some outdoor seating. Great lobby with lots of seating areas for lounging or having your breakfast. The rooms are very nice, clean and overall the hotel is quiet. Breakfast is included which is great. Very good pricing as well. The staff is excellent and very responsive. "The hotel is well located in Markham. However arriving at night from Denison St, we drove into a poorly lit drive way which ended up in its neighbor's dark parking lot. Turns out the hotel parking is via a long side road from its neighbor's driveway!
Once inside, the entire hotel ground floor appears to be an afterthought by the architect. Anyone new to the hotel will be dis-oriented by a myriad of hall ways, poor signage and a reception desk hidden behind the elevator shaft.

"Great stay. From the highly responsive and helpful staff to the well stocked studio rooms to the incredible cleanliness, the hotel did not miss.
