"Tom was great. Communicated well both before and during our stay, offered local things for us to do. Property was nice, and quiet. My only downside is the stairs to get to and from the parking. For those of us who are limited mobility having that in the description or a photo so were aware would be helpful. Dont get me wrong, they werent unmanageable but after a long dsy of walking around Seattles attractions those stairs were brutal, BUT I WOULD DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN. The location is...

"My fiancé and I stayed here for two nights before getting on a cruise. It was perfect when we arrived staff was super friendly and accommodating. Location was great easy access to the port and walkable distance to all of the highlights in Seattle! Places with super clean! I will be honest I was really nervous because normally we stay in chain hotels, but this was a perfect boutique hotel in the city! "

"I have stayed here many timess and always had really nice experiences with staff. Then this last time, they were going through some kind of system change and they needed us all to come down to the front desk to give a new form of payment and get keys that work. I waited 15 minutes at the front desk and the front desk attendant returned and was quite rude to me. I didn't appreciate that. I could tell she was stressed out and frazzled but I don't understand that kind of attitude, particularly when...

"The place is a little older, but very clean and well maintained. Comfy rooms, and great atmpsophere."

"This place is long-term residential in nature. You can't count on someone at the desk except for certain hours, and my room was not serviced during the 8 days I was there. Coffee is provided from a machine only four hours a day, and during my stay the machine went empty and there was no sugar. That said, my room was spacious and had what one needs for a long-term stay. "

"Ana was very helpful in booking our airport shuttle. She went out of her way to help us book the shuttle. The man who help us check in, not so much. When I asked him how to book the shuttle, he just pointed to a computer screen in the lobby. "

"This is my first time using a shared house. The guests from New Zealand are wonderful! I did not interact with the other guests, but they are cordial and civil. Overall, the entire place is clean; the kitchen, the refrigerator, the laundry room, and the living room are well kept."

"The hotel is decent, it is quite old and definitely needs some things upgraded in the bathrooms but it was fine for a night."

"Lovely people at a charming house with character, in a perfect location. Had a lovley balcony area which i enjoyed snacks. I was able to purchase some wine from the B&B. Everybody i encountered was lovely, including the super friendly black lab and white kitty. I will be back for sure! "

"We were only there for one night but it was perfect for our situation. We were traveling with our dogs, and this was the only place that would allow 3 pups. The place was super clean albeit a bit outdated. The room was super quiet, and the neighborhood was perfect for walking the dogs. Plenty of parking around the building. We will be coming back next time we are in the city."

"Beautiful hotel in a great location of Seattle. Rooms were nice size, clean and very nice. Staff were all very helpful and courteous. Walking distance to Pikes Place and other nice restaurants and coffee shops. Would most definitely stay here again."
