For those of us who are limited mobility having that in the description or a photo so were aware would be helpful. "Breakfast was ok. Room was ok. The main issue was the guy in the room next to us yelling and shouting at his wife at 2am in the morning. This went on forever. Took the hotel a long time to do anything about it. We had to call the front desk multiple times. The police showed up banging on the door and shouting…pulled the guy out into the hallway next to our door to question him and go through their whole ordeal whether the would book the guy or not. Middle of the night, so loud, all this going on...

Our stay started with a negative interaction with the valet, who was rude and condescending when we briefly stopped to unload our car. Instead of a welcoming arrival, we were questioned about whether we were checking in before the door was abruptly opened. It set an uncomfortable tone right away.
