"Overall Great Stay — Just a Few Improvements Needed
Overall, our stay at Sleep Inn & Suites was a very positive experience. The hotel was extremely clean, easy to access, and check-in was smooth and simple. Our room was fresh, clean, and smelled nice. The linens were clearly clean and well maintained.
The staff truly stood out — they were wonderful, helpful, and informative. Honestly, some of the best hotel staff we’ve encountered. They did a fantastic job and made us feel welcome.
I do have two areas where improvement is needed:
1. Room availability accuracy
Hotels (including this one) need to be careful about overselling room types. We specifically reserved a king pet room but were placed in a double queen pet room instead. While we were not charged extra, the issue is the sleeping arrangement — we booked the king so my spouse and I could share one bed comfortably. Accuracy in room assignment matters.
2. Breakfast quality and options
While there was a good variety offered, the eggs tasted like imitation eggs and were not appealing. The breakfast overall needs some improvement in quality.
Additionally, offering only pork breakfast meats is limiting. Many guests cannot eat pork due to dietary restrictions, religious reasons, or allergies. Providing a turkey or chicken option would be a much more inclusive approach.
Bottom line:
The hotel itself was very clean and pleasant, and the staff was excellent. We would absolutely stay here again — but would likely skip break"
