"Room was clean. Front desk person was very friendly on arrival. Place was quite loud at night between doors squeeking shut, neighbors shouting and laundry being done across the hall. Different items were not available or out of order for breakfast."

"Hi did not get to stay for the breakfast I had to catch the shuttle to the airport at 5:30 in the morning. The shuttle was late leaving because I was not on the list is what the driver told me. Our room was in poor condition. The bathtub had several spots of mold the shower curtain was orange on the bottom from mold. The mirror in the bathroom was exceptionally cloudy and streaked. The sheets on the bed were exceptionally wrinkled and disheveled like someone had slept in them and they had not been changed. The refrigerator made noise all night long. The beds were advertised as queen size beds and they were full size beds. The fitness room was closed supposedly because of renovations and when I went to check it out you could see through the window that it was absolutely filthy the garbage can with overflowing the mirrors were dirty. I feel Expedia should remove them from the list of options for motels because everything in the advertisement is false. The self parking was what it was. The window on our room had a broken safety chain and no screen. I would like my money refunded or at least a partial refund and I'm still waiting to hear back from Expedia about that. I have pictures of everything I'm saying."

"The room was clean, bedding and linen were great. The windows were painted over with an opaque paint, so you couldn't see anything outside, which was very strange. The hotel itself was in a great location close to the airport and easy on access to the freeways heading into downtown Cleveland. Their free breakfast was the best. Good selection of pancakes, muffins, toast, bagels, yogurt and then hot food of eggs, potatoes, sausage, oatmeal, etc. Also great hot coffee. I enjoyed my stay. "

"Do not stay here if you have any kind of standards. Old property that desperately needs to be demolished and rebuilt. Every part of the hotel was cruddy!! We didn’t even take a shower because the base was cut open and rust had formed around the openings."

"DO NOT STAY HERE. I was here May 8 to May 10 2026 and regret every second of it. They charged me twice for my room and would not refund me. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Room had lots of damage, shower wouldn’t drain. Toilet was on its last legs. Do not recommend staying here. Go anywhere else"

"We arrived at the hotel about 10 o’clock at night and left at 5:30 AM the next morning. So we did not experience a lot of the amenities available at the hotel, but what we did see and experience was excellent, especially for the price. "

"The overall condition of the building an amenities just felt run down and outdated. No option for queen beds so my husband and i had to share a double which was definitely not ideal and wasnt comfortable. There was trash in the can when we checked in, no toiletries provided at all. Not many channel options, paid extra for a balcony and the furniture was janky and outdated and the carpet was old and stained. I stayed at this property about 7 years ago and it has definitely (unfortunately) gone way down hill."
